Dr. Yuk Mun Li

After graduating with a degree in Chemical Engineering from Syracuse University, Yuk Mun went on to earn her PhD in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University in 2018. From Professor Wiesner’s group, her dissertation focused on block copolymer derived isoporous ultrafiltration membranes. Since then, she has started her industrial career as a research scientist at Arkema Coating Resins in Cary, NC where she’s had the opportunity to be involved in a number of roles and exciting projects concentrating on developing polymeric binders for architectural and roof coatings.

During her time off, she fosters puppies and enjoys traveling to experience cultures through foods.
